Shipping

Currently, we only ship to Canada from this website. U.S. customers can order our gear from our American Puck Cult shop on ETSY.

We offer free shipping for orders (to most locations in Canada) of $150 or more. 

Free local pickup is available as an option from midtown Toronto. If you can’t pick up yourself, shipping to most locations in Canada is a flat rate of $9.99 for orders below $150. Some areas below in the postal codes below may apply, some may not. This will be determined after we find out why it will cost to ship you your package.

“Free Shipping” promotion is eligible to all Canadian residence excluding parcels shipped to the following rural Postal Codes:

• Nunavut ("X" Postal Codes)
• Northwest Territories ("X" Postal Codes)
• Northern Quebec ("J0" Postal Codes)
• Eastern Quebec ("G0" Postal Codes)
• Rural Newfoundland ("A0" Postal Codes)
• Northern Alberta ("T9K,T9J,T9H" Postal Codes)
• Rural Saskatchewan ("S0" Postal Codes)
• Rural Manitoba ("R0" Postal Codes)
• Rural Ontario ("P0" Postal Codes)
• Rural Nova Scotia ("B0" Postal Codes)
• Rural PEI ("C0" Postal Codes)

All orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel at our discretion. Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be routed using Canada Post, and will be shipped to the closest Canada Post Depot location based on proximity to your home. All parcels shipped via these methods have an expected delivery time of 5-9 business days. No redirections are permitted. Changes to this policy may be made at any time.
